This is the most easiest yet moist banana bread recipe you could ever ask for. There is no rocket science involve in it as the secret to the recipe is 'over ripe bananas' that not only gave it a moist texture, but sweet aroma too. 

This banana bread is so easy to make that you cannot only serve it to your guest, but also can satisfy your sweet cravings too, because it takes minimal time for the preparation. All you need is some bananas and baking staples and there you go.

Ingredients:

  1.  2 medium ripe or over ripe bananas mashed.
  2.  1 and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour.
  3.  1 teaspoon baking soda.
  4.  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  5.  1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6.  3/4 Cup Powdered sugar.
  7.  2 eggs.
  8.  2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  9.  1/2 cup vegetable oil.
  10. Nuts or Chocolate chips as per your taste (optional).

Preparation: (10 minutes)

Preheat your oven to 350°F. 

Grease a 9 by 5 inch baking loaf pan with oil or butter whichever medium you want and then line it with a parchment paper.

Take a deep large bowl, combine and mix the mashed bananas, salt, ground cinnamon, nuts or chocolate chips (optional), powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and vegetable oil in it.

After mixing. Sift your all purpose flour and baking soda and then add it into the wet mixture gradually, gently stir do not over-mix the batter because it will ruin your bread texture.

Now pour the batter with the help of the spatula in the greased loaf pan.

Put it in the oven and bake it for at least 30 minutes, after 30 minutes check your banana bread by inserting a toothpick in it, if it comes out clean and dry your banana bread is ready

Take a cooling rack, put your pan over it and wait it to cool down before its served.

Here I am mentioning a quick way to ripe bananas, but its always good to do it natural way. So to ripe the bananas you have to place them in a baking tray line it with parchment paper or foil, so they don't get burned or stick to the surface of your baking tray. Bake them for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F until you see them turning black or dark brown. After that cool down them don't use them immediately it will hardly  take 15-20 minutes to cool down.

Now the Second most important thing how to mash the bananas as sometimes they are not mashed properly and comes in mouth while eating so there are different ways of doing so.

Ways to mash bananas:

1. You can use a regular fork to mash it, mash it until no big lumps are found.

2. You can use an electric/hand mixture.

Note: Don't use chopper or grinder machine you don't have to make a thick batter.
